Each order is shipped via USPS, every Tuesday! Check your email on Tuesday, as your tracking number will be available in your inbox.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Unfortunately, sterling silver is not immune from tarnishing. It's always recommended avoiding exposure to chlorine, salt water, any harsh beauty products, spray-deodorizers, and other harsh environments/materials.
Leaving sterling silver jewelry OFF during bathing/showering, swimming, exercising, labor-intensive activities, work, etc. ensures longevity & shine with your one-of-a-kind piece!

How do I know if a piece is available for purchase?
As long as the piece does NOT have "Sold out" listed in the top corner: it is available for purchase & ready to ship, anytime.
Jewelry Repairs:
If you've previously purchased a piece of "The 11th Goose" jewelry & something unfortunate happens; please, reach out through the 'Contact' tab and we will happily rectify the situation.
Your jewelry should be ready to wear at all times & your satisfaction remains deeply valued at The 11th Goose!
*If you have an existing piece of jewelry that needs to be cleaned, refreshed, repaired & was not made by "The 11th Goose" BUT you would like an easy solution: send a message via the 'Contact' tab, anyways! The 11th Goose's jeweler is certified in jewelry repair and has experience in a high-volume, corporate jewelry repair shop. Although handcrafting is their passion, helping people reconnect with their jewelry is recognized as just as important with The 11th Goose. (This service will require payment but a sliding scale is available, upon request)
